Physician Relations Representative

A full?time opportunity is available for a Physician Relations Representative to support the organization’s provider recruitment and retention initiatives. This position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and plays an integral role in ensuring a coordinated and professional experience for physicians and advanced practice professionals as they join and engage with the organization. The role contributes to the hospital’s strategic growth by overseeing recruitment activities, guiding onboarding processes, and maintaining effective communication with physicians, referral partners, and internal stakeholders. The Representative also identifies opportunities to strengthen referral relationships, supports efforts to enhance provider engagement and satisfaction, and provides leadership with timely insight regarding provider needs and feedback. Candidates with experience in provider relations, healthcare recruitment, or clinical operations are preferred. Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a clinical healthcare field is required.
