Position Summary: The Pre/Post Assistant Manager, has the privilege of leading an experienced team, including RNs and CNAs, during day-to-day operations ensuring efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care in addition to the strategic planning of the department/organization. This position has a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for effective decision making and collaboration with other departments to ensure the highest possible value to the patient through excellence in quality, service, and financial management. Position Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure: Registered Nursing licensed in the State of Nebraska or eligible compact state required.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life (PALS) certifications required.
